Teamleader will focus on people management in order to build a highly efficient team. You will plan, control and monitor daily work of agents, and think about collection strategy to achieve monthly team targets. Results of your agents will be your results therefore you will participate on coaching and training them to improve their call skills.

Quality Control Assurance will set up standards for the call script to meet clients’ and company’s targets and requirements. Subsequently you will make sure that call standards are followed. Call quality is also one of the KPI that will be monitored on daily basis and its achievement will have impact on the agent’s incentives. Your main job responsibility will be also listening call recordings and provide regular feedback to the agents.
